Our Short Term Let Licences

The following properties operated by Hebridean Luxury Holidays hold valid Short Term Let licences issued by the local authority:

Metagama Lodge:  STL Licence Number: ES00680P

Iolaire Lodge: STL Licence Number: ES00681P

Both licences confirm that these properties meet the statutory requirements relating to safety, suitability, and responsible operation.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

In accordance with Scottish regulations, valid Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are in place for all of our properties.

Metagama Lodge holds a current EPC which can be viewed here.

Iolaire Lodge holds a current EPC which can be viewed here.

These certificates assess the energy efficiency and environmental impact of each property and are registered on the Scottish EPC Register.
